Being is about your own values, inspiration, creativity, vision, motivation and hope. Being is about who you are and who you want to become. Being is about putting your best self forward.
Doing involves your skills, actions, and processes to put into place the changes you want to make happen in your life and work.
Integrating both being and doing allows you to more powerfully get the life that you want while always reaching for your most fully alive self.
Coaching explores your thoughts and beliefs and how they impact the way you operate in your life and in the world. In fact, your thoughts and beliefs, as well as knowing who you are, lay the foundation for the doing in your life.
Coaching helps to unravel erroneous and self-limiting beliefs that hold you back from getting what you want so you can more quickly move into action.
Friends are great. They can listen, care deeply, and be wonderful companions, but they rarely hold you accountable. Coaching holds you accountable.

How it works

How it Works
A coaching session usually consists of a half-hour, 45 minute, or one hour time period several times a month. Together we customize the frequency and duration of the sessions. Coaching can be done anywhere, most often on the telephone, but can be face-to-face. Email support is also available. Coaching can fit any schedule so don’t let time constraints keep you away.
Is Coaching for Me?
The best way to experience coaching is to participate in a complimentary session with me. This 20-30 minute session will give you the opportunity to explore a real issue for you, something that is currently going on in your life.
A complimentary session is the best way to give you a sense of my coaching style, how coaching works, and to determine if coaching is right for you.
